If your business is within the South Mississippi area we will arrange a time to install it for you. It usually takes about one to three hours to setup and run some simple test. If your business is outside our service area we will mail you a self-install kit with the access point and all your promotional and instructional materials. In most cases it is a plug and play device. If you do have problems we can help you over the phone to get it installed. There is no charge for this.
What if your business is outside our service area?
We have the infrastructure in place to put wireless access point's anywhere in the world. We do require a small security deposit for the equipment. Shipping charges may be higher depending on where you live. We use e-mail for technical support outside the USA.
How long will it take to get the self-install kit if you are outside our service area?
As soon as we take your order we ship your kit the following day. You should receive it in 3-5 days for US orders. We can arrange for quicker delivery if desired. Outside the USA my take longer depends on your location.
How much area will the access point cover?
Typical the wireless access point will cover around 300 feet. Keep in mind that regular floors and walls will cut the signal down some. Concrete and steel floors and walls will cut the signal range significantly more.

What about security?
The wireless access point restrict's users and keeps them off Internal networks. Users can only access the Internet. That means it's no easier to hack your network from your wireless hot spot than from the library or your house.
What about website restrictions?
Presently this is not possible, but in the works for future. We have never had a problem or anyone complain about someone viewing objectionable material from any of our hot spots. We can control users and disable their login if you have problems with anyone.
